30-Day Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of Omini. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at support@tryomini.store with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
