Order Processing Time All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

(Note: While our products ship from our international warehouses, final delivery is handled by your local postal services. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons).
How can I track the status of my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification titled "A shipment from order #****** is on the way."* This email will contain your tracking number and a link to our tracking page. You will also receive email updates as your package moves across different regions.
Having trouble viewing tracking updates? All tracking information is provided directly by our courier partners. It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active in their system. If your order is taking an unusually long time to reach you, please contact us at contact@beamleaf.store and our team will work to find the best solution based on your latest tracking info.
Can I change the shipping address for my order? We encourage our customers to double-check their shipping address at checkout. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately. If a parcel needs to be re-routed or delivered again due to an incorrect address entry, a $10 USD redelivery fee will apply. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Are there customs charges or import taxes? International orders may incur additional taxes or customs charges upon arrival in your destination country. While this rarely happens to our customers, please be aware that paying any applicable customs fees or import duties is the buyer's responsibility. We advise checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential charges.
I think my package might be stolen/lost in transit. What do I do? If your tracking number shows that your order was "Delivered" but you cannot locate it:

Check around your property, porch, lobby, or mailroom.

Check with your neighbors to see if someone accepted the package on your behalf.

Wait 1-2 business days, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.

If it still hasn't arrived, please notify your local post office directly to file a claim using your tracking number.
